Ingredients
60ml Everleaf Forest
20ml lime juice
15ml agave syrup
Small piece of chilli
Fresh chilli pepper
Lime
Coriander leaves
Method
Muddle a small piece of chilli in a cocktail tin.
Clap your coriander and drop in.
Add the rest of the ingredients, then shake and fine strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Cut off the top end of the chilli pepper and place – stem upwards – on the drink to garnish.
