Saffron Picante

Can you handle a little kick in your sip? Try a Picante: a medley of fiery chilli, agave nectar, and lime juice for an invigorating, tongue-tingling experience.

Ingredients

  • 60ml Everleaf Forest
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 15ml agave syrup
  • Small piece of chilli
  • Fresh chilli pepper
  • Lime
  • Coriander leaves

Method

  1. Muddle a small piece of chilli in a cocktail tin.
  2. Clap your coriander and drop in.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, then shake and fine strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  4. Cut off the top end of the chilli pepper and place – stem upwards – on the drink to garnish.
