Ingredients

  • 60ml Everleaf Marine
  • 20ml coconut water
  • 5ml lime juice
  • 5ml sugar syrup
  • Lemon
  • Lime
  • Olives (nocellara)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, stir a little.
  2. Strain into a martini cup.
  3. Garnish with an lemon twist.
