Bergamot Hugo Spritz

Ideal for when the sun is out and the garden party season starts. Serve the Hugo Spritz, a cocktail from northern Italy, with classic summer elderflower flavours.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Everleaf Marine
  • 20ml elderflower cordial
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 80ml soda water
  • Mint
  • Lime

Method

  1. Build the ingredients in a wine glass with ice.
  2. Garnish with mint and sliced limes.
