Marine Non-Alcoholic Bramble
Our non-alc take on the modern classic created by bartender's bartender, Dick Bradsell (of the Espresso Martini fame). At its very best when served in blackberry season, with blackberry syrup made by mashing a cup of freshly picked blackberries with a cup of sugar and leaving overnight to draw out the water. Strain and use in this delicious recipe. Drink with friends near a bramble bush for added snacking potential!
Ingredients:
60ml Everleaf Marine
25ml lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
10ml blackberry syrup (Monin or 1 cup blackberries + 1 cup sugar macerated and left overnight)
Garnish with lemon and blackberries when in season
Method:
Shake all the ingredients except blackberry syrup, and strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass. Carefully drizzle the blackbery syrup over the top so it cascades through the crushed ice. Garnish with a wedge of lemon and a blackberry when in season.
