Passionfruit with Everleaf Forest in our non-alc Pornstar Martini has a distinct tanginess balanced with a sweet, floral undertone - making it an irresistible burst of tropical sweetness and vanilla tang. With each sip, your mind wanders to faraway, humid places surrounded by lush greenery, vibrant colours and a rich diversity of plant and animal life.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Everleaf Forest
  • 15ml passionfruit syrup
  • 15ml lime juice
  • Flesh from half a passion fruit
  • Shot of NA sparkling on the side

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients except sparkling wine to a shaker with ice and shake hard.
  2. Double strain into a cocktail coupe (to remove bits of passion fruit).
  3. Float half a passion fruit on top, then serve with a teaspoon and a chilled shot of NA sparkling wine on the side.
