An Italian classic that's now a modern brunch celebrity! Fluffy, pillowy, however you like to describe it, it's the aerated orange juice that makes this (plus all those delicious Forest plants of course!).
Ingredients
50ml Everleaf Forest
150ml freshly squeezed orange juice
Orange wedge
Method
Blend the freshly squeezed juice to make it fluffy.
Pour the Forest and half of the orange juice into glass over ice.
Stir, then top with more ice and the rest of the orange juice.
