Rich, earthy, spicy and rewarding, this Everleaf take on the sailor's classic is a particular favourite in the cooler months, but don't let us stop you from making it all year round!
Ingredients:
50ml Everleaf Forest
15ml lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup
100ml ginger beer
3 dashes of non-alc bitters (optional)
Garnish with lime
Method:
Build the ingredients in a highball glass with ice, stir and garnish with sliced lime.
