This exquisite creation provides a luscious ode to a classic with each sip offering a taste of strawberry, cherry blossom and effervescent bubbles, the ultimate non-alcoholic emblem of elegance and sophistication.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Everleaf Mountain
  • 15ml strawberry puree
  • 100ml non-alcoholic sparkling wine

Method

  1. Add 30ml of Mountain and 15ml strawberry puree to the bottom of a flute glass.
  2. Top with non-alcoholic sparkling wine or wine alternative (like a dry kombucha) and gentle stir with a bar spoon to mix.
