This plucky cocktail was born in 1980s London and has been vanquishing post-dinner slumps ever since. We suggest our version with Everleaf Forest is even tastier than the original.
Ingredients:
60ml Everleaf Forest
60ml espresso or cold brew coffee
15ml maple syrup or other sweetener
Garnish with coffee beans
Method:
Add everything to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake really well before straining into a cocktail glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.
